Kenton Beshore
Senior Pastor : Mariners Church
Kenton is known for his unique speaking style – personal vulnerability, quick wit and provocative insight. It makes for a cool environment for people from all walks of life to consider the next step in their faith journey. He came to Mariners in 1974 as college pastor and became senior pastor in 1984. Today, more than 10,000 people call Mariners home.

Kenton gets excited when leaders come together to learn from each other. He recognizes the influence we can have on each other. That’s why he specifically invited Gordon MacDonald to participate in the LAB. MacDonald is a leader who has personally influenced Kenton in his own ministry at Mariners. And the LAB is MacDonald’s opportunity to influence leaders in each of our ministries. The elders will join Kenton at the LAB to commission leaders for the future of our church.
