Practicum #1
DO-BE-DO-BE-DO-BE for Leaders

Leaders influence others. They shape thinking, actions, direction, even the future. At work, home and church. At Mariners, leaders are vital to the past, present and future of our church. So what does it mean to BE a leader at Mariners? How DO leaders serve among us? Whether you’re a newbie or veteran, this practicum will provide insights into the DO-BE of leadership – including hands-on tools, core values and the very heart of true spiritual leadership. Capture the common language, accountability and attitude for servant leadership at Mariners. Led by Shelly Juskiewicz, Pastor of Women’s Ministry, Belong & Assimilation; Gene Molway, Pastor of Singles & Leadership Development; Holiday Zimmerman, Volunteer Leader, and Laurie Beshore, Lead Pastor of Outreach.

KNOW THE FLOW for Leaders
3-4:30pm

Leaders at Mariners build their life and ministry on the Bible. Its truth is relevant and transforming. And, when God’s word flows through you, growth occurs. Come learn how to enhance your personal growth and apply biblical truths to your everyday life in new ways. Discover a practical and energizing study tool that’s used by the entire church staff. It’s one that you will want to use with others as you serve together. This practicum is vital for every leader at Mariners so come experience firsthand the power of infusing God’s word through your life as a leader. Led by Chris Lagerlof, Pastor of Mariners Care & Small Groups; Eric Heard, Pastor of Small Groups & Spiritual Growth, and Jeff Pries, Pastor to Young Couples.
